eSkilled has unveiled its latest innovation, RTO Analytics & AI Reporting, enhancing its student and learning management systems for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Australia. This new feature aims to streamline access to key operational data, encompassing enrolments, learner progress, compliance, financials, attendance, and overall organisational performance. By introducing this system, eSkilled seeks to minimize the reliance on traditional spreadsheets, manual data exports, and the necessity for specialized reporting skills.
The comprehensive reporting tool covers 29 reportable entities and over 650 fields that include student information, enrolments, trainer details, finances, attendance records, and more. Users are empowered to generate reports through an intuitive point-and-click interface or by using natural-language prompts. This functionality enables the AI to identify pertinent data, apply necessary filters, create visualizations, and configure detailed reports. Some illustrative queries users might make include identifying trainers nearing credential expiration, pinpointing invoices overdue by more than 30 days, or analyzing withdrawal rates across various qualifications.
eSkilled CEO Scott Rogers noted that the feature is crafted to democratize access to operational information, making it readily accessible to RTO employees without requiring them to have advanced database or reporting expertise. Complementing the reporting capabilities is the AI Chat with Your Data feature, allowing staff to engage with operational data through natural language queries. This tool provides insights into numerous areas including attendance, completion rates, financial health, compliance, and quality management.
The platform further enhances operational efficiency through role-specific dashboards and reporting tools tailored for executives, RTO managers, training coordinators, compliance teams, finance staff, trainers, and administrators. Additional features include KPI dashboards, scheduled reporting, AVETMISS data-quality oversight, monitoring of trainer credentials, and comprehensive organization-wide reporting. Security is maintained through existing user permissions, ensuring data access is role-specific, while AI queries are executed on sanitized, permission-controlled data. Audit logs track both reporting and AI activities, supporting organizational governance and regulatory compliance.
This new analytics capability is a component of eSkilled’s integrated platform, which merges student management, learning management, online training delivery, compliance functions, and business intelligence.
